Title:
PHOSPHOR PARTICLES, COMPOSITE, WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MEMBER, AND PROJECTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/024720
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are phosphor particles for manufacturing a wavelength conversion member for a projector, the phosphor particles comprising β-SiAlON. A cured sheet that has a film thickness of 50±5 µm and that is fabricated using the phosphor particles satisfies the following optical characteristics. Optical characteristics: It/Ii is 0.50 or less and Ip/Ii is 0.03 or greater, where Ii [W/nm] is the intensity at a peak wavelength of blue light emitted by a blue LED having a peak wavelength within the range of 450-460 nm, and, when one side of the cured sheet is irradiated with the blue light, It [W/nm] is the intensity of light emitted from the other side of the cured sheet at a peak wavelength within the range of 450-460 nm, and Ip [W/nm] is the intensity of said light at a peak wavelength within the range of 500-560 nm.
