Disclosed is a phosphor screen printing process of an LED module, comprising the following steps: preparing: providing an LED module board fixed with a plurality of LED light sources, the LED light source adopting a flip-chip structure, the metal electrodes thereof being fixed on a solder pad on the substrate; screening: providing a mesh, the mesh openings of which corresponding to the light emitting surface of the LED light sources on the substrate one by one, each mesh opening being similar to the light emitting surface of the LED light source, the projection size of the mesh opening being 1.03 to 1.2 times as large as the size of the light emitting surface of the corresponding LED light source, and the pitch between the bottom of the screen and the board of the LED light source being 0.2 to 1 mm; printing: placing phosphor on the top of the screen to perform screen printing, until every mesh opening is filled with the phosphor; and forming: placing the substrate after screen printing in a baking device for baking to cure the phosphor. The edges of the light emitting surface of the LED light source in the technical solution are thoroughly coated, thereby guaranteeing the light and color consistency at the light emission angle of the entire LED module.
