Title:
PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROXY COMPOUND, CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID PHOSPHORUS-CONTAINING POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROXY COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/071101
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a phosphorus-containing polycyclic aromatic hydroxy compound that yields a cured product with excellent flame retardancy, heat resistance, and dielectric properties, in which the water absorption rate is low, and in which there is little change in dielectric properties after absorbing water. The phosphorus-containing polycyclic aromatic hydroxy compound is characterized by being represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), m is an integer of 1-20, each n1 is independently an integer of 1-4, and each Ar is independently an aromatic ring (excluding a benzene ring) that has 6-30 carbon atoms and may have a substituent. Each R1 is independently a hydrogen atom, a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms, or a substituent represented by general formula (2), and at least one R1 includes the structure of general formula (2). X represents a linking group, and each X independently represents oxygen, sulfur, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene having 3-20 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkylene having 8-20 carbon atoms.
