Abstract:
Disclosed are a phosphorus-containing rare-earth-containing MFI structure molecular sieve rich in mesopores and a preparation method therefor. The n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of the molecular sieve is greater than 15 and less than 70; in terms of P2O5 and based on the dry basis weight of the molecular sieve, the phosphorus content of the molecular sieve is 1-15 wt%; in terms of an oxide loaded with a metal and based on the dry basis weight of the molecular sieve, the content of loaded metal M1 in the molecular sieve is 1-10 wt%, and the content of loaded metal M2 is 0.1-5 wt%, wherein the loaded metal M1 is selected from one or both of lanthanum and cerium, and the loaded metal M2 is selected from one of iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, manganese, zinc, tin, bismuth and gallium; and the proportion of the mesopore volume in the total pore volume of the molecular sieve is 40-70% by volume. The MFI structure molecular sieve has a better ethylene selectivity in the catalytic cracking reaction of a petroleum hydrocarbon and can produce more propylene and BTX at the same time. Also provided are a catalyst containing the MFI structure molecular sieve rich in mesopores and a preparation method therefor.
