Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a photo-curable insulating varnish, comprising a photo-active resin, a photo-active diluent, a photo-initiator, a crosslinking agent, an antifoaming agent, a leveling agent and a coupling agent. The photo-curable insulating varnish can be cured under ultraviolet irradiation with a certain power density to form an insulating varnish film having certain electric insulating property and mechanical property. Without VOC in the formula, the prepared product does not cause environmental pollution when in use, and has outstanding environmental performance. Also disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for the photo-curable insulating varnish and an application method thereof.
