Abstract:
In order to enable a photoacoustic physical property measuring device to cope relatively easily with changes in resonant frequency resulting, for example, from the arrangement state of an object being measured, or the state of a gap between a photoacoustic cell and the object being measured, and to enable a physical property of a target object to be measured in a relatively short time without causing a deterioration in detection sensitivity, this photoacoustic physical property measuring device comprises: a light emitting unit for emitting modulated light onto the target object; said photoacoustic cell for amplifying a photoacoustic wave generated by the target object as a result of the emission of the modulated light from the light emitting unit; a sound wave generating unit for generating a sound wave inside the photoacoustic cell; a microphone for detecting the photoacoustic wave that has been amplified by the photoacoustic cell, and the sound wave generated inside the photoacoustic cell from the sound wave generating unit; and a physical property analyzing unit for analyzing the physical property of the target object on the basis of the photoacoustic wave detected by the microphone.
