Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of medical and health services, in particular to a photocatalytic nano-enzyme with a catalase-like activity, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The photocatalytic nano-enzyme is prepared from a MoP2crystal, wherein the prepared MoP2 nanoparticles are subjected to a near-infrared laser irradiation treatment to obtain the photocatalytic nano-enzyme with a H2O2 catalytic activity, such that the photocatalytic nano-enzyme can be used for catalyzing H2O2 to rapidly generate a large number of active free radicals such as hydroxyl free radicals (•OH). Compared with the existing catalase, the infrared laser mediated MoP2 nanoparticles can efficiently catalyze H2O2 in a complex microenvironment without the catalase, and have wide applications in tumor treatment, applications as antibacterial agents, and applications in sterilization and disinfection, as well as other medical and health service fields.
