Abstract:
The present invention provides a new method for preparing ET743 and key intermediates thereof. The method adopts photocatalysis to directly convert a compound A into a compound B through a one-step reaction. The method has advantages such as high reaction yield, short reaction time and high atom utilization rate. In addition, the method provided by the present invention solves the problem that it is difficult to purify most of the compound B prepared in the prior art due to the oily state thereof. As the method provided by the present invention features high reaction efficiency and fewer side effects, the reaction liquid can remove impurities with large polarity through simple silica gel pad chromatography, and a solid can be obtained after the filtrate is concentrated. Furthermore, the compound B prepared by the method provided by the present invention can also be directly put into the next reaction without being purified to obtain a compound C.
