Abstract:
This photochemical reaction device has: a light-transmissive reaction vessel (21) for using laser light to photochemically react process gas fed to the interior; a metal mirror (19) for reflecting the laser light, the metal mirror being disposed outside the light-transmissive reaction vessel (21) so as to surround the light-transmissive reaction vessel (21); and a cryostat (11) for maintaining the temperature of the metal mirror (19) at a cryogenic temperature using a cryogenic fluid (12), the cryostat being adapted to accommodate the light-transmissive reaction vessel (21), the metal mirror (19), and the cryogenic fluid (12).
