Abstract:
Combine a conducting agent, a polyfunctional vinyl compound which is at least tri-functional, and a bi-functional vinyl compound containing an aliphatic bi-functional (meth)acrylate having a chain-shaped aliphatic skeleton, and prepare a photocurable composition which has an elastic modulus (E') of 200-2000MPa in a rubber-like region in a cured product, in a dynamic viscoelasticity test measured from -50°C to 250°C at a temperature increase rate of 5°C/minute and with a frequency of 10Hz. The acrylic equivalent of the aliphatic bi-functional (meth)acrylate can be 200 or more. The cured product of this composition exhibits excellent conductivity, solvent resistance and flexibility. Additionally, prepare a conductive composite film by laminating a first conductive layer formed from a crystalline resin composition containing crystalline resin and a first conducting agent, and a second conductive layer formed from a cured product of the above photocurable composition. This conductive composite film exhibits high solvent resistance and is stable even against polar solvents such as alkylene carbonate, and exhibits low permeability of said polar solvents.
