Disclosed are: a photocurable fluorinated polymer composition which enables the production of a cured resin having a high curing rate, exhibiting small shrinkage before and after photocuring, requiring no post-treatment such as a heat treatment after photocuring, and having excellent heat resistance and weather resistance; and a cured resin produced by curing the photocurable fluorinated polymer composition. The photocurable fluorinated polymer composition is characterized by comprising (A) a fluorinated polymer having a polymerization unit derived from a fluoroolefin and a polymerization unit derived from an unsaturated monomer having an oxetanyl group or a substituted oxetanyl group and (B) a photoreaction initiator. The photocurable fluorinated polymer composition enables the production of a cured resin having a high curing rate, exhibiting small shrinkage before and after photocuring, requiring no post-treatment such as a heat treatment after photocuring, and having excellent heat resistance and weather resistance.
