Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photocurable resin composition that can be used to accurately reproduce a desired fine wiring pattern without problems such as deformation due to a high-temperature treatment, and is suitable as a material for formation of a rewiring layer or the like in an electronic component. The photocurable resin composition according to the present invention contains, at a specific ratio, a specific modified polyphenylene ether resin, a specific bifunctional acrylic resin, a photopolymerization initiator, and a coupling agent. This photocurable resin composition can be sufficiently cured by irradiation with commonly used actinic radiation (e.g., ultraviolet light) without the need of a high-temperature treatment. Therefore, problems such as deformation due to a high-temperature treatment do not arise. In addition, the cured product thus obtained has excellent electrical characteristics (particularly, dielectric characteristics), heat resistance, adhesion to other materials, and the like. Therefore, the photocurable resin composition according to the present invention can be preferably used as a material for production of electronic components included in a semiconductor device, particularly a material for formation of a rewiring layer.
