Title:
PHOTOCURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/068233
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a photocuring device which is provided with a light irradiation device having a light source and a reflector, and which applies light to a photocurable adhesive (S) the maximum sensitivity wavelength of which is not longer than 300 nm, to cure the photocurable adhesive. The irradiation light applied from the light irradiation device has a peak wavelength not shorter than 350 nm, and has a continuous spectrum having a width of at least 100 nm in a wavelength region up to the wavelength of 450 nm at 20% of the light emission intensity at the peak wavelength of the irradiation light. In a wavelength region from the wavelength of 350 nm to the wavelength of 450 nm, the minimum value of a continuous spectrum among a plurality of peak wavelengths of the irradiation light is not less than 40% of the light intensity at the maximum peak wavelength. The irradiation light includes substantially no wavelength component having a shorter wavelength than the half-value wavelength on the long wavelength side with respect to the maximum sensitivity wavelength of the photocurable adhesive. Thus, the light is transmitted to a deep part in the photocurable adhesive, a range (Sb) in which the adhesive is cured expands, and an uncured region (Sc) is reduced as much as possible, whereby the joining strength can be enhanced.
