Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to switch response characteristics. [Solution] This photodetector element comprises: a photodiode that photoelectrically converts incident light and generates a photoelectric current; a first conversion transistor that converts the photoelectric current to a voltage signal and outputs the voltage signal from a gate; a current source transistor that supplies a prescribed constant current to an output signal line that is connected to the gate of the first conversion transistor; a voltage supply transistor that supplies a given voltage corresponding to the prescribed constant current from the output signal line to the source of the first conversion transistor; one or more second conversion transistors that are connected in parallel to the first conversion transistor, the one or more second conversion transistors being capable of converting the photoelectric current to a voltage signal and outputting the voltage signal from the gate; and a connection switching unit that switches the electrical connection state of the second conversion transistors, thereby switching the number of parallel outputs, which is the number of second conversion transistors that are connected in parallel to the first conversion transistor, the second conversion transistors converting the photoelectric current to the voltage signal and outputting the voltage signal from the gate.
