Abstract:
A photodetector is provided with a photodetection element having a surface and including a plurality of light-receiving regions disposed along the surface, and a plurality of meta-lens units disposed on the surface so as to correspond to the plurality of light-receiving regions. In one light-receiving region and one meta-lens unit, of the plurality of light-receiving regions and the plurality of meta-lens units, that correspond, the one meta-lens unit includes a plurality of meta-lenses that are disposed along the surface.
