Abstract:
A photoelectric composite cable (1) and a preparation method therefor. The photoelectric composite cable (1) comprises an outer sheath (50), a shielding layer (40), and a cable assembly, which is arranged in the outer sheath (50), wherein the shielding layer (40) is wrapped around the cable assembly and is located between the outer sheath (50) and the cable assembly. The cable assembly comprises a power line group, an optical cable group and two grounding wires (80), which are mutually stranded, wherein the optical cable group comprises X optical cables (90), each optical cable (90) comprising 12 fiber cores (91); and the power line group comprises 6X power lines (10), X being an integer greater than or equal to 3. The electric energy transmission capacity and the communication information transmission capacity of the photoelectric composite cable (1) are larger than that of an existing cable, and the photoelectric composite cable can respectively supply power to 3X AAUs, and can provide communication support for AAUs of X frequency bands, such that the power supply problem and the communication transmission problem of all AAUs on an iron tower of a 5G base station are effectively solved. The photoelectric composite cable has a lower production cost, occupies a small amount of space on the whole, and saves on wiring space, and on-site wiring thereof is more orderly; furthermore, the installation of the photoelectric composite cable is also easier and faster, and the installation costs thereof are saved on.
