Abstract:
A photoelectric composite circuit board, comprising a first substrate (110); a waveguide optical layer (120) which comprises at least one waveguide core layer (121), and is attached to one side of the first substrate (110); a second substrate (130) which is attached to the side of the waveguide optical layer (120) away from the first substrate (110); and a first optical lens (140). A first recess body (150) is formed on the photoelectric composite circuit board, and is filled with a part of the first optical lens (140), and a part of the first optical lens (140) is exposed outside the first recess body (150). The first recess body (150) passes through the second substrate (130) and the at least one waveguide core layer (121), a first inner wall (151) of the first recess body (150) being perpendicular to the extension direction of the waveguide core layer (121), a second inner wall (152) of the first recess body (150) intersecting with the first inner wall (151) and being obliquely arranged relative to the first inner wall (151), and a metal layer being formed on the second inner wall (152). By means of the structure, the photoelectric composite circuit board can reduce the process difficulty, simplify the process and save the cost while achieving 90-degree turning of optical signals therein. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the photoelectric composite circuit board.
