Abstract:
According to the present invention, a photoelectric conversion device (10) is provided with: a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type; a first semiconductor layer disposed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate and being of the first conductivity type; a second semiconductor layer disposed on the one surface of the semiconductor substrate and being of a second conductivity type which is the opposite to the first conductivity type; a first electrode electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer; and a second electrode electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer, wherein the first semiconductor layer 12 and the second semiconductor layer have a shape elongated in a first direction when seen in a plan view from the one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and the second semiconductor layer is disposed, in a width direction perpendicular to the first direction, at a position different from the position at which the first semiconductor layer is disposed. Among the first and second electrodes, at least the second electrode has a plurality of first electrode portions and the first electrode portions which are adjacent to each other in the first direction are disposed at different positions in the width direction.
