Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT, DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL, METAL COMPLEX DYE, DYE SOLUTION AND OXIDE SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/199585
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element provided with a photoreceptor layer having semiconductor fine particles which have a metal complex dye represented by formula (1) supported thereon; a dye-sensitized solar cell; a metal complex dye; a dye solution; and an oxide semiconductor electrode. In the formula, M denotes a metal ion. Ar11 to Ar14 each denote a phenyl group or a phenyl group having an alkyl group or the like, and Ar11 and Ar12 denote different phenyl groups. R11 to R14 each denote an alkyl group or the like. n11 and n12 are each an integer between 0 and 3, and n13 and n14 are each an integer between 0 and 4. M1 and M2 each denote a proton or a cation, and L3 and L4 each denote a monodentate ligand.
