Abstract:
The present invention provides: a photoelectric conversion element which has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency with respect to blue to green light (specifically, light having a wavelength of from 400 nm to 550 nm), and which also has excellent electric field strength dependence; an imaging element; an optical sensor; and a compound. The photoelectric conversion element according to the present invention sequentially comprises an electrically conductive film, a photoelectric conversion film and a transparent electrically conductive film in this order; and the photoelectric conversion film contains a compound represented by formula (1).
