Abstract:
A photoelectric conversion element 100 according to the present disclosure includes a first electrode 2, a photoelectric conversion layer 4, and a second electrode 6. The photoelectric conversion layer 4 contains a photoelectric conversion material and a phosphate ester. A method for producing a photoelectric conversion element according to the present disclosure includes applying a precursor solution containing a raw material of a photoelectric conversion material, a phosphate ester, and a solvent containing dimethyl sulfoxide onto a substrate to form a coating film, and firing the coating film to form a photoelectric conversion layer.
