Abstract:
The present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element which is capable of improving the afterimage characteristics. This photoelectric conversion element is provided with: a first electrode and a second electrode, which are arranged so as to face each other; and a photoelectric conversion layer which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and which contains a first organic semiconductor material and a second organic semiconductor material. The first organic semiconductor material or the second organic semiconductor material contains an organic semiconductor that has a D3/Dtot value of 0.01 or more.
