Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a photoelectric microbial coupling nitrogen and carbon removal system. The system comprises a processing unit, wherein the processing unit comprises a modified photoelectrode plate, a biological cathode layer and a particle electrode layer sandwiched between the modified photoelectrode plate and the biological cathode layer, the modified photoelectrode plate is connected to a positive electrode of a power source, the biological cathode layer is connected to a negative electrode of the power source, and an ultraviolet lamp is arranged directly facing the modified photoelectrode plate; the particle electrode layer and the biological cathode layer are both inoculated with microbial denitrifying bacteria, the modified photoelectrode plate generates electron-hole pairs under the excitation of ultraviolet light, holes are used for removing carbon, and photo-induced electrons are transferred to denitrifying bacteria of a polyurethane foam for microbial nitrogen removal by denitrification; in addition, the modified photoelectrode plate and the biological cathode layer are connected to the power source to perform electrolysis, and electrons generated by electrolysis are transferred to the biological cathode layer for microbial nitrogen removal by denitrification. According to the present invention, a modified photoelectrode is introduced into a microbial electrochemical system and is coupled to a denitrifying biological cathode; and photocatalytic biomembrane electrode technology is constructed, so as to realize the simultaneous removal of nitrogen and carbon.
