Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a photoelectric sensor capable of resisting high-frequency light interference, solving the problems that the existing solution cannot solve the interference of a high-frequency light source, and a product may be wrongly determined. The photoelectric sensor comprises a transmitting tube, double receiving tubes, a filter mounted at the front ends of the double receiving tubes for filtering a light signal, a band-pass filter circuit coupled to the double receiving tubes, a differential amplifier coupled to the band-pass filter circuit, a control module for controlling synchronous reception of the light signal, and a sensor hysteresis setting system for improving anti-interference performance of the sensor. The control module is further used for acquiring an ambient light interference signal and setting an interference signal threshold; and when detecting that the amplitude of the acquired ambient light interference signal is greater than the set interference signal threshold, the control module discards the light signal that is lower than the interference signal threshold after the light signal is superimposed with the interference signal. According to the present invention, the photoelectric sensor capable of resisting high-frequency light interference has high anti-interference capability, can avoid the output of wrong determination, is stable and reliable in operation, and is wider in application range.
