Abstract:
Provided are: a photoreceptor for electrophotography that is capable of reducing the amount of wear on a photoreceptor drum surface, and also capable of reducing wear resistance from the initial stage until after printing, and of obtaining a good image; a production method therefor; and an electrophotographic device therefor. A photoreceptor for electrophotography, wherein a photoreceptive layer includes, as a resin binder, a copolymer polyarylate resin having a structural unit indicated by chemical structural formula 1 (in chemical structural formula 1, a1, a2, b1, b2, c, d, e, and f each indicate the mol% for each structural unit; a1 + a2 + b1 + b2 + c + d + e + f = 100 mol%; c + d + e + f = 0.001-10 mol%; W1 and W2 are single bonds, etc.; R1-R21 are hydrogen atoms, etc.; and s and t are integers of at least 1); a production method therefor; an electrophotographic device therefor; and a production method for the copolymer polyarylate resin.
