Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a photovoltaic module composite backboard and a preparation method therefor, and a photovoltaic module. The photovoltaic module composite backboard comprises a substrate formed by compounding multilayer unidirectional prepreg tape laminations, and unidirectional prepreg tapes are obtained by melting, dipping and compounding a thermoplastic resin and continuous fibers, which have been subjected to a surface treatment with a coupling agent, wherein the thermoplastic resin comprises a polypropylene resin and a polar graft of the polypropylene resin, and an intermolecular force is generated between the coupling agent and the polar graft of the polypropylene resin during the melting, dipping and compounding process. On the basis of keeping the excellent packaging performance of a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer unidirectional tape, the present invention is durable and reliable; and the adopted preparation method is simple and easy to implement, and has a stable and reliable process and low implementation cost.
