Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic cells. Disclosed are a photovoltaic module and a preparation process therefor. The photovoltaic module comprises: a cell string, back welding strips arranged on one side of the back surface of the cell string, front welding strips arranged on the other side of the front surface of the cell string, a second bus bar, a first bus bar and an insulation isolation strip, the first bus bar being arranged on one side of the back surface of the cell string and connected to the back welding strips, the insulation isolation strip being arranged on the other side of the back surface of the cell string, the parts of the front welding strips beyond the other side of the front surface of the cell string being arranged on a surface of the insulation isolation strip, and the second bus bar being located on the front welding strips on the surface of the insulation isolation strip. To solve the technical problem of material waste caused by the large size of the photovoltaic module, the present invention can reduce the size of the photovoltaic module by changing the structure of and the preparation process for the photovoltaic module, thus saving module materials.
