Abstract:
[Problem] To make it easy to evaluate physical exercise. [Solution] In the present invention, a physical exercise assistance server assists in improving the effectiveness of physical exercise performed by a user using equipment, and the server comprises: a reference value storage unit that stores a reference value pertaining to the position of at least one piece of the equipment; a section identifying unit that identifies a section of the equipment by analyzing an image in which the equipment was captured; and an evaluation unit that determines an evaluation value for the exercise on the basis of the reference value and the position of the section in the image.
