Abstract:
A physical exercise device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, and a fourth gear sequentially aligned so that the adjacent gears are tooth-engaged with each other; a first connection part coupled to a rotary shaft of the first gear to rotate according to rotation of the first gear; and a second connection part coupled to a rotary shaft of the fourth gear to rotate according to rotation of the fourth gear, wherein the first gear and the fourth gear may have the same size, the second gear and the third gear may have the same size, and the sizes of the first gear and the fourth gear may be larger than the sizes of the second gear and the third gear. Therefore, the rotational angles of two feet placed on the first connection part and the second connection part can be freely adjusted, so that a more effective ankle exercises can be performed.
