Abstract:
A physical exertion measurement method and apparatus (100) and a chest developer (300). The physical exertion measurement method is used for the chest developer (300), and the chest developer (300) is provided with an elastic rope (200) and an adjuster for adjusting the length of the elastic rope (200). The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a tensile force applied by a user to the elastic rope (200) and a rebound speed value when the elastic rope (200) is released after being stretched; determining, according to the rebound speed value, a deformation coefficient corresponding to the elastic rope (200); and calculating a physical exertion value of the user according to the tensile force and the deformation coefficient.
