Title:
PHYSICAL QUANTITY DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/003808
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a physical quantity detector that makes it possible to reduce dust flowing into a second sub-passage that branches off from a first sub-passage, and improve fouling resistance. The physical quantity detector 20 detects the physical quantity of a gas. A measuring unit 213 comprises a first sub-passage 234a that extends from an inlet 231 along a center axis of a main passage to a first outlet 232, a second sub-passage 234b that branches from the first sub-passage 234a toward a flange 211 and leads to a second outlet 233, and a flow-regulating surface 227. The flow-regulating surface 227 comprises an upstream flow-regulating surface 227a provided so as to approach the flange 211 from an upstream end face 228 toward the downstream side of the main passage, and a downstream flow-regulating surface 227b that is provided further downstream of the main passage than the upstream flow-regulating surface 227a and extends along the center axis of the main passage to a downstream end face 224.
