Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a physical quantity measurement device in which flow rate measurements of a gas containing moisture can be performed with a small number of components forming a main flow path for measuring flow rate and an auxiliary flow path for discharging water droplets. The physical quantity measurement device according to the present disclosure comprises: a flow path main body provided with an internal space having an opening; a flow path lid for blocking the opening of the flow path main body; a main flow path disposed within the internal space of the flow path main body; an upstream opening part provided on the upstream side of the main flow path; a downstream opening part provided on the downstream side of the main flow path; an auxiliary flow path provided on the outside of the main flow path and connecting the upstream opening part and the downstream opening; and a flow rate measurement sensor provided on the main flow path. The auxiliary flow path is configured as a region enclosed by the flow path main body and the flow path lid.
