Abstract:
The present invention relates to a physical unclonable function device, and a signal processing device and an image display device which have same. A physical unclonable function device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a bias circuit for outputting a first signal on the basis of a first operating power; a power source for outputting a second operating power on the basis of the first signal and the first operating power; and a plurality of inverters for performing an amplification operation on the basis of the second operating power from the power source. Accordingly, a physical unclonable function device which is robust to changes in operating power and reduces bit errors can be implemented.
