Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a physically foamed thermoplastic elastomer coiled material and a semi-continuous preparation method therefor, which belong to the field of thermoplastic elastomer foamed leather. In the semi-continuous preparation method for a physically foamed thermoplastic elastomer coiled material in the present invention, the solubility content of a high-pressure fluid in a thermoplastic elastomer coiled material is controlled; the material is then subjected to a rapid freezing gas lock treatment at a specific temperature, such that a desorption phenomenon of the high-pressure fluid is inhibited; the obtained impregnated coiled material can be stored for a long time at a low temperature or can be remotely transported, and can also be stably and continuously heated and foamed; in addition, whether during the storage or foaming process, obvious high-pressure fluid escape will not occur like in the prior art, such that the implementability is significantly improved; and the method can realize large-scale continuous production, and is safe and environmentally friendly. Further disclosed in the present invention is a physically foamed thermoplastic elastomer coiled material prepared by means of the preparation method. The thickness of the product is 0.1-3 mm, the density is 0.1-0.6 g/cm3, the size of foaming holes is 1-200 µm, and the Shore hardness is 20-60 C.
