Disclosed are a picture rendering method and apparatus, and a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a target picture to be rendered in a two-dimensional virtual scene, wherein the target picture includes a background picture and a character object that moves on the background picture, and the background picture comprises a target object located at a fixed position; using depth migration indicated in a depth map corresponding to the target object to determine a first depth value corresponding to pixel points on the target object in the background picture, wherein the depth map records depth migration of each of the pixel points on the target object; acquiring a second depth value corresponding to the pixel points on the character object that moves to a target display position; and rendering the target picture according to the first depth value and the second depth value. The present application solves the technical problem in the related art of relatively low accuracy in rendering two-dimensional picture information.
