Abstract:
A piezoelectric ceramic according to one aspect of the present invention contains Pb, Zr, Ti, Zn, Nb, Mn, and O as constituent elements and includes a compound having a Perovskite structure as a main component. The average particle size ravg of included particles is 4 μm or less, and the ratio ((IZT + IZnO) / IP × 100) of the total of the maximum peak intensity IZT appearing at 34.0º ≤ 2θ ≤ 35.0º and the maximum peak intensity IZnO appearing at 35.5º ≤ 2θ ≤ 37.0º to the maximum peak intensity IP appearing at 20.0º ≤ 2θ ≤ 40.0º in X-ray diffraction measurement using a Cu-Kα ray is 1.0% or less.
