Abstract:
A piezoelectric element driving circuit (150) is provided with: a boosting circuit (22); a driving circuit (10); a waveform-shaping circuit (110); and an arithmetic circuit (111). The driving circuit (10) is provided with: a differential amplification circuit (12) with an LPF; an amplification circuit (13) with a BPF; an inverter (18); a resistor (R6); and a comparator (17). The driving circuit (10) applies a driving signal to a piezoelectric element (P) of a piezoelectric pump (23). The waveform-shaping circuit (110) extracts a voltage signal (Vsin) from the driving circuit (10). The waveform-shaping circuit (110) and the arithmetic circuit (111) calculate a voltage value (Vd) corresponding to a driving current flowing through the piezoelectric element (P) on the basis of the voltage signal (Vsin). The arithmetic circuit (111) outputs a control signal (Vfb) to the boosting circuit (22) on the basis of the voltage value (Vd). The boosting circuit (22) sets a value of a DC power supply voltage (Vc) on the basis of the control signal (Vfb), and outputs the DC power supply voltage (Vc).
