Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC FILM, LAYERED PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT, AND ELECTROACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/196850
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a piezoelectric film that has outstanding flexibility in high-temperature environments exceeding 50°C and demonstrates good flexibility even at normal temperatures; a layered piezoelectric element in which this piezoelectric film is layered; and an electroacoustic transducer in which this piezoelectric film or layered piezoelectric element is used. This problem is solved by a piezoelectric film: which includes a piezoelectric polymer composite formed by dispersing piezoelectric particles in a matrix containing a polymer material, and electrode layers disposed on both sides of the piezoelectric polymer composite; and in which the loss tangent at a frequency of 1 Hz measured by dynamic viscoelasticity has a maximum value of at least 0.1 in the temperature range from over 50°C to 150°C and is at least 0.08 at 50°.
