Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric filter, comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; a series resonance branch, having a plurality of series resonators; a plurality of parallel resonance branches, each parallel resonance branch having a parallel resonator, and the series resonators and the parallel resonators being provided on the first substrate; and a heat dissipating unit, which is disposed between two adjacent series resonators, forming a heat conduction path for conduct heat from at least one of the two adjacent series resonators to the second substrate. The present invention further relates to an electronic device having the filter.
