Abstract:
The present application provides a piezoelectric motor, comprising a fixed assembly, a movable carrier, a piezoelectric actuator and a guide mechanism. The fixed assembly comprises a base and a housing, etc. The movable carrier is arranged above the base. The guide mechanism maintains the parallelism of a piezoelectric vibrator and the movable carrier. The piezoelectric actuator comprises the piezoelectric vibrator and an elastic sheet, etc., wherein one face of the elastic sheet is arranged on one surface of the piezoelectric vibrator, and the other face of the elastic sheet is connected to the housing. The elastic sheet abuts against the piezoelectric vibrator, the elastic sheet makes contact with two short rectangle sides of the piezoelectric vibrator, and long rectangle sides of the elastic sheet are perpendicular to long rectangle sides of the piezoelectric vibrator.
