Abstract:
This piezoelectric oscillator comprises a piezoelectric vibrating element having an excitation electrode and a connection electrode electrically connected to the excitation electrode, a base member having an electrode pad, and a conductive holding member connecting the connection electrode and the electrode pad, wherein the conductive holding member is a cured product of a conductive adhesive, the conductive adhesive includes vinyl bis-terminated poly(dimethyl siloxane), the vinyl bis-terminated poly(dimethyl siloxane) has a molecular weight of 644-2500 (inclusive), and the amount of this component is 1 mol% or less.
