Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/064217
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a piezoelectric sensor which, when used in a state attached to the body, suppresses stuffiness occurring at the attachment site and can moderate unpleasant bodily sensations and reduce adverse effects on the body. This piezoelectric sensor is characterized by being provided with: a piezoelectric element which includes a piezoelectric film, a signal electrode layer laminated on one principal surface of said piezoelectric film, and a ground electrode layer laminated on the other principal surface of said piezoelectric film; a protective member which at least partially covers the piezoelectric element; and an adhesive layer which is formed on at least part of the outer surface of the protective member. The piezoelectric element has one or more first through-holes, the protective element has one or more second through-holes in the same positions as the first through-holes, and the adhesive layer is either an air permeable adhesive layer that is permeable to air, or has one or more third through-holes in the same positions as the second through-holes.
