Abstract:
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric single crystal-polycrystalline ceramic composite, a preparation method therefor, and piezoelectric and dielectric application components using the piezoelectric single crystal-polycrystalline ceramic composites. The piezoelectric single crystal-polycrystalline ceramic composite of the present invention is formed by compositing through optimization of the particle size distribution between piezoelectric single crystals and polycrystalline ceramic particles and the volume ratio of piezoelectric single crystals contained therein, and thus can implement mass production along with excellent piezoelectric characteristics of piezoelectric single crystals, leading to a low unit cost of manufacturing, so that the composite can be applied to piezoelectric application components and dielectric application components including ultrasonic transducers, piezoelectric actuators, piezoelectric sensors, dielectric capacitors, electric field radiation transducers, and electric field-vibration radiation transducers, which employ piezoelectric single crystal-polycrystalline ceramic composites, and can improve piezoelectric characteristics and price competitiveness.
