Abstract:
Provided is a piezoelectric vibration plate 11 comprising: an electrically conductive base part 100 having a central section 110 and a peripheral section 120 surrounding the central section 110; and a piezoelectric material part 150 provided on the central section 110. The central section 110 undergoes bending vibration in a reciprocating manner at both sides in the thickness direction of the base part 100 when a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric material part 150. The base part 100 is provided with at least one through-opening section 130 positioned between the central section 110 and the peripheral section 120, and at least one connecting section 140 that connects the central section 110 and the peripheral section 120. The at least one connecting section 140 is disposed in a position most spaced apart from the center of the central section 110 of the base part, the center being a portion where displacement is largest during the bending vibration.
