Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a substrate; a piezoelectric vibration element mounted on the substrate; a lid member, joined to the substrate, for sealing the piezoelectric vibration element; and, a holding member for joining the substrate and the lid member. The holding member is a cured product of an adhesive. The adhesive contains: (A) a polymer material that is solid at room temperature; and, (B) a solvent having a boiling point of 100°C or higher.
