The pile cap foundation comprises a pile cap foundation body, a filler and a shear wall, the middle portion of the pile cap foundation body being hollow, the filler filling the hollow middle portion of the pile cap foundation body, and the top of the filler being not lower than the top of the pile cap foundation body.
