Abstract:
A pile grouting machine for engineering construction, comprising a nut tensioner assembly (15), a pipe extractor assembly (14), a pipe stand assembly (3), a water spraying mechanism assembly (28), a swing angle amplitude variation telescopic mechanism assembly (13), and a hoisting rod assembly (12). The nut tensioner assembly (15), the pipe extractor assembly (14), the pipe stand assembly (3), and the water spraying mechanism assembly (28) are all mounted on the swing angle amplitude variation telescopic mechanism assembly (13); the hoisting rod assembly (12) is mounted on an engineering machinery body (2). The pile grouting machine can hoist a reinforcement cage, thereby reducing labor intensity of the construction personnel and increasing construction efficiency.
