Abstract:
A pile hole cleaning mechanism (13), comprising a fixed frame (35). One end of the fixed frame is connected to a main vehicle body (62), and the other end is mounted on a hollow shaft (14); the hollow shaft is mounted on a pipeline wheel frame (63); the pipeline wheel frame can slide towards left and right on the hollow shaft; a pipeline (15) is wound on the pipeline wheel frame; one end of a coupling (39) is mounted on the hollow shaft, and the other end is mounted on the pipeline wheel frame; one end of the pipeline is mounted on the hollow shaft, and the other end is connected with an elevator center pipe (44) by means of an elevator connection flange (49); multiple continuous pipeline protection sections (16) are mounted at the outer side of the pipeline, and thus, the pipeline protection sections and the pipeline form an integrated structure, and rotate on a pipeline section drive wheel (18) and a pipeline section adjusting wheel (48), and a position is adjusted by means of a pipeline adjusting cylinder (17); one end of the pipeline adjusting cylinder is mounted on a drive wheel adjusting support (47), and the other end is mounted on a mast (2); a speed reducer (33), a pump (34), and an air compressor (70) are mounted on the hollow shaft; an oil and gas pipeline port (59) is provided on each pipeline protection section; one end of an oil and gas pipeline (61) is mounted on the hollow shaft, and the other end is connected with the elevator center pipe by means of the elevator connection flange, and the oil and gas pipeline rotates on the pipeline section drive wheel and the pipeline section adjusting wheel; the position of the oil and gas pipeline is adjusted by means of the pipeline adjusting cylinder. The pile hole cleaning mechanism can be mounted in a rotary drilling rig, a gantry drilling rig, other motor-driven vehicle, and an impact hammer. The drilling rig is formed by combining the large torque and the high hole-forming efficiency of a rotary drilling rig, and the high sludge discharge efficiency of an reverse circulation drilling rig in the hole-forming process, increases a hole diameter during construction of the drilling rig, increases the construction speed, reduces energy consumption, reduces production costs, is more beneficial for environmental protection, and effectively cleans sludge subsequent to hole-forming.
