Abstract:
A pipe external butt welding system, comprising a frame (1), two pipe clamps (2) arranged on the frame (1), and a welding actuator (3) arranged on the frame (1) and located between the two pipe clamps (2), wherein the two pipe clamps (2) comprise a rear pipe clamp (201) configured to enclose and position a rear pipe (01) and a front pipe clamp (202) configured to enclose and position a front pipe (02); the front pipe clamp (202) and the rear pipe clamp (201) are coaxial with each other; an axially telescopic pipe clamp adjusting device (7) is arranged between the rear pipe clamp (201) and the front pipe clamp (202); and the welding actuator (3) has a welding head configured to weld butt-jointed parts of the rear pipe (01) and the front pipe (02).
