The present invention relates to a pipe manufacturing apparatus and method using an extrusion molding pipe and, more particularly, to a pipe manufacturing apparatus and method, using an extrusion molding pipe, in which a winder for adjusting a winding angle is mounted in a hollow part of the extrusion molding pipe, and a pipe is molded by winding while continuously pressing strap-shaped pipe materials, respectively, inside the extrusion molding pipe.
